Your congress badge will be mailed together with the congress bag voucher prior to the Congress. The badge will be sent upon the condition that the registration is paid in full before the pre-registration deadline of 16 April 2012.
We advise you to bring your confirmation email to the congress together with the congress badge and voucher in order to collect your congress documents as soon as possible after your arrival. You may be asked for proof of identity.
If you have paid the registration fee but did not receive your badge in time before leaving for the congress, please go to the special "Pre-Registration without badge" desk located in the Registration Hall of the congress centre with your pre-registration confirmation email.
If you did not pay in time, your badge will be available at the "Assistance desk" in the Registration Hall.
Cancellation Conditions
Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:
- Refund of fees: a 25% administrative charge will be applied to cancellations up to 16 April 2012
