EuroPRevent 2012

EuroPRevent Congress is accessible to certified healthcare professionals, associated press, industry representatives and other stakeholders in the science, management and prevention of cardiovascular disease.

Individual Registration Conditions

Registrations are confirmed upon receipt of payment (by credit card, bank transfer or cheque) and a valid address on your individual registration form (we kindly remind you that sponsor addresses are not accepted). The registration will be acknowledged by email. You may update your address here.

If you have paid the registration fee but did not receive your badge in time before leaving for the congress, please go to the special "Advance registration without badge" desk located in the Registration Hall of the congress centre with your confirmation email.

If you did not pay in time, your badge will be available at the "Assistance desk" in the Registration Hall.

We advise you to bring your confirmation email to the congress together with the congress badge and voucher in order to collect your congress documents as soon as possible after your arrival. You may be asked for proof of identity.

Cancellation or Alteration

Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:

Until 2 April 2012: refund of fee minus a 25% administrative charge.
After 2 April 2012: no refund

Before 2 April 2012: name changes will be charged 50 Euros
After 2 April 2012: no name changes will be accepted.

Loss of badge (on-site) will be charged 45 Euros
No-shows at the congress will be charged the full fee.

Requests for reimbursements must be sent in writing. Refunds will be processed after the congress.

Liability Disclaimer

The above terms apply to all registration cancellations.
Should a delegate not attend the congress, for whatever reasons, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made
Similarly no right to further claims or waiving of fees will arise should the ESC be obliged to alter the programming of congress proceedings
All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance.

Data Privacy Statement

You have personal data, which is, according to the Law on data processing and Civil Liberties 78-17 of 6 January 1978 modified, registered with the European Society of Cardiology (ESC). The information you supply on this application is required to process it and it will be held in the ESC customer data files. It may be used for marketing and communication purposes by the ESC and its contractors only. You have the absolute right to access, amend and oppose any use of this personal data by writing to the ESC at the address mentioned below or by using the Contact Us form.

Please be aware that when you visit exhibiting company stands during the event or attend industry satellite sessions, presenting your badge for scanning may enable them to retrieve the following personal data: first name(s), last name(s), address, telephone, fax, email, and profile information.

Payment of Fees

Payment of fees can be made in Euro by credit card, bank transfer or cheque.

Journal

A one year subscription to the European Journal of Cardiovascular Prevention & Rehabilitation is included in Standard and EACPR Member registration fees.

Badges

Badges can be sent by post prior to the congress or collected onsite upon condition that the registration is paid in full.

Congress Bag

Each delegate is entitled a Congress Bag to be picked up from the Registration desks in the Registration Area. It contains the Final Programme, Abstract CD-Rom voucher, a notepad, pen and some Industry adverts.
