Press registration is conducted via My ESC (Individual Registration/ Press) and is free of charge upon presentation of the following to the ESC Press Office:

The ESC Press Office will verify the documents and confirm by email that your Press Accreditation is valid.
If your Press status is not validated by the ESC Press Office, you will be contacted by the Registration Team and the congress standard fee will apply.
Please register and provide your proof of press status well in advance of the Congress in order to minimise onsite queues and delays. Industry officials and their communications agents are not eligible for press registration. The decision of the ESC Press Office is final regarding all press registration requests.
