The ESC has reserved a limited number of rooms in Stockholm in various price category hotels. Rooms are available from 5-9 May 2009.
All other dates are upon request and subject to hotels’ room availability. Please mark your requested dates on My ESC or on the paper form (paper form available soon).
Group Hotel Booking
Group reservations (more than 10 rooms) are handled separately and proposals are made on request. Please contact the Hotels Department by fax or email.
Third Parties
Third Parties requests (less than 10 rooms), by agencies or companies on behalf of another person, should be made by returning the completed hotel hotel form (available shortly) by fax or email to the Hotels Department. Rooms are confirmed upon receipt of payment only!
