The ESC has reserved a limited number of rooms in Copenhagen in various price category hotels.
Please see below for a list and the full conditions.
Rooms will be allocated on a first come - first served basis.
Telephone requests cannot be accepted. Rooms can be confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit payment. Confirmation vouchers are sent by email.

Rates are in Danish Kronor (DKK) per night, per room including Breakfast and Tax (25%). Rooms are available from 8-11 December 2010. All other nights are upon request and subject to availability.

All above hotels have access to the congress centre by local transport. No shuttles or transfers are provided by the ESC.
GROUPS OR THIRD PARTIES REQUESTS
Rates are in Danish Kronor (DKK) per night, per room including Breakfast and Tax (25%). Rooms are available from 8-11 December 2010. All other nights are upon request and subject to availability.* 1 € is, approx., equal to 7,43 DKK. All above hotels have access to the congress centre by local transport. No shuttles or transfers are provided by the ESC.
Group reservations (more than 10 rooms) are handled separately and proposals are made on request. Please contact the Hotel Department by email.
Third Party requests (less than 10 rooms), by agencies or companies on behalf of another person, should be made by either using the "third party section" via our online services (credit card payments only) or by returning the completed hotel form (pdf) by fax or email to the Hotels Department.
Rooms are confirmed upon receipt of payment only!
Telephone requests cannot be accepted. Please note that after certain price categories have been booked out, the ESC reserves the right to confirm bookings in other price categories.
Upon receipt of the deposit payment, a voucher will be sent to the participants by e-mail. This voucher must be presented to the hotel and upon departure the deposit payment will be deducted from the total bill.
PAYMENTS
By credit card:
Visa / Euro / Mastercard only. American Express is not accepted!
Deposit for two nights accommodation (according to requested hotel and room type) or full pre-payment. Balance payments must be paid directly to the hotel on-site.
In case of late cancellations or no-shows, the ESC reserves the right to debit credit cards for any additional nights originally booked if required by the hotel.
By bank transfer in Danish Kronor:
Accepted until November 2010.
Full pre-payment is required for all nights (according to requested hotel and room type). Please make sure the name of the participant is mentioned on the bank transfer.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
For cancellations received before 1 October 2010, the participant will be liable for one full night’s accommodation cost. After this date no refunds will be made.
MODIFICATION CONDITIONS
Changes of reservations will only be accepted in written form and they should be made directly on the voucher and returned to the ESC Hotel & Social Events Department. If the changes are possible, a new voucher will be issued. The ESC cannot guarantee that modifications submitted after 1 November 2010 can be made. Reductions of nights after this deadline may be invoiced by the hotel. No-shows may also be charged in full if no prior notification is given.
Please note that the hotels charge for the number of confirmed nights mentioned on the last issued voucher.
