The ESC has reserved a limited number of rooms in Madrid in various price category hotels. Please see below for a list and the full conditions.
Groups or Third Parties requests
Group reservations (more than 10 rooms) are handled separately and proposals are made on request. Please contact the Hotel Department by email.
Third Parties requests (less than 10 rooms), by agencies or companies on behalf of another person, should be made by returning the completed hotel form (pdf) by fax or email to the Hotels Department. Please do NOT use the online services.
Rooms are confirmed upon receipt of payment only!
A limited number of rooms for individual bookings are available in the following hotels:
Rates in Euro per night, per room including Breakfast and Tax (7%). Rooms are available from 9-12 December 2009. All other nights are upon request and subject to availability.

All above hotels have access to the congress centre by local transport. No shuttles or transfers are provided by the ESC.
How to reach the Congress Centre from the Hotels?
Area 1: Very near the Congress Centre and Airport; walking distance to the Congress
Area 2: Located in the Business area, around Paseo de la Castellana. These hotels have easy access to the metro, one or two stops to Nuevos Ministerios, change to line 8 direction Airport and get off at Campo de las Naciones, approx 20 minutes.
Area 3: Near Metro stop Colombia, take line 8 direction Airport and get off at Campo de las Naciones, approx 10-15 minutes
Useful Information:
The Congress Centre used for Euroecho is IFEMA at Campo de las Naciones in the Northern part of Madrid, near the Airport. The historical City Centre is a minimum of 30-40 minutes distance by public transport. We have therefore grouped most of our hotels in the business area around Paseo de la Castellana for your convenience, so that either the congress centre or the city centre can be reached easily from the hotels.
