Welcome to the European Society of Cardiology. Our mission: to reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease in Europe

EUROECHO goes GREEN

EUROECHO goes GREEN

Green is becoming a universal cause and EUROECHO 2008 has significantly stepped-up its efforts and put in place projects and eco-friendly initiatives to preserve the environment.

We have focused on finding greener ways of doing things, taking into consideration the environmental impact while still offering the same level of service.

Take a look at our Eco-Initiatives:

Not only is the congress green but so is Lyon:

• 70% of all travel within the city is done electrically
• Velo’V: Lyon offers 4 000 bikes for rental at its 340 pick-up and drop-off points
• The tramway is eco-friendly as it runs on electricity

            Travel GREEN in Lyon
          during EUROECHO 2008!

Take the metro, hop on the tramway and don’t forget the trolleybus...
