Group reservations (more than 10 rooms) are handled separately and proposals are made on request. Please contact the Hotels Department by fax or email.
Third Parties CLOSED
Third Parties requests (less than 10 rooms), by agencies or companies on behalf of another person, should be made by returning the completed hotel hotel form by fax or email to the Hotels Department. Please do NOT use the online services.
Rooms are confirmed upon receipt of payment only!
How can you reach the congress centre from your hotel?
- Area 1: City centre Place Bellecour and Perrache
Metro line A, direction "Vaulx-en-Velin", get off at the station FOCH. And then take the bus line n°4 to the stop "Cité Internationale" (approx. 15-20 minutes)
OR
From Place Bellecour Bus n°58, direction "Sathonay Camp" direct to the stop "Cité Internationale" (15 minutes).
- Area 2: Part-Dieu
Direct Bus connection. Bus C1 to the congress centre takes 12 minutes
- Area 3: Near Convention Centre, Hotel Reine Astrid
Walk through the park (15-20 Min) or take bus C1 in front of the hotel (stop name: Museum). It goes directly to the congress centre and it takes 5 minutes.
