Baggage Check in at the Messe Muenchen for Star Alliance passengers
A service counter operated by Lufthansa is available at in the Registration Area. Services offered include:
- Baggage drop: Check in your luggage before going to the airport. Please keep in mind that luggage needs to be registered / dropped at the service counter in the Registration Area at least 2 hours prior to take off.
(Exception: baggage drop for flights to the US and all flights operated by British Midland is not possible onsite)
- Helpdesk for lost luggage or damaged luggage - Sale of flight tickets - Changing of flight tickets already issued - Helpdesk for questions on Miles & More
