According to the means of transportation that you use, you will arrive at either the Zone C, the West or East entrance.

There is a 15 minutes walk or internal shuttle bus ride from the East entrance to the Registration hall.

Delegates arriving at East Entrance with a valid badge can use the pedestrian conveyors to go to Registration. Other delegates must take an internal shuttle bus to go to Registration

Congress Public Transport Tickets
Public Transport tickets at a special congress rate will be for sale at the congress centre Messe München as from Friday 29 August 2008.
Price: Season tickets for 5 days: 20 Euros including 7% VAT
These tickets are valid on surburban train, the underground, buses and trams (all public transport) within the white zones of Munich as per map enclosed, excluding the Airport

The Messe München is about 20 minutes from the city centre by subway.
The U2 subway runs from 5:30 to 24:00. It goes straight to the Messe München ("Messestadt West" station.)
During peak periods, the U2 runs at
at 5-minute intervals:
07.00 - 09.40 (from Hauptbahnhof)
14.45 - 19.05 (from Messestadt West)

Arrival by Shuttle Bus
The shuttle buses provide service between the airport and the Messe München. Buses depart every 30 minutes and travel non-stop to the fairgrounds. The trip takes approximately 45 minutes.
The shuttles will be running from Saturday 30 August to Wednesday 3 September 2008.
Bus stops at the airport:
Shuttle buses stop directly in front of Terminal 1, Area A and Area Z (Central Area) and in front of Terminal 2.

Shuttle buses stop directy in front of the West Entrance / Registration Area

Arrival by Taxi
Taking one of Munich's 3,500 taxis is a convenient way to travel from the airport to the Messe München and back. The one-way trip takes approximately 35 minutes, depending on traffic. Messe München and the Munich taxi-owners' association have agreed to a fixed rate of EUR 51 regardless of the time of year. This offer applies only to the most direct route between the airport and the Messe München in kilometers.

Arrival by Car
The destination address to enter into your navigation system is "An der Point".
Depending on which navigation system you use, the Messe Muenchen is listed under the categories "Exhibition Center", "Trade-fair Center" and under the German keyword "Messe".
Some navigation systems allow you to select the East, West or North Entrance to the Messe München. In this case, you should be sure to select an entrance that is open during your event. Details regarding entrances can be found at the website of the event in question.

The Messe Muenchen has ample parking for exhibitors and visitors.
The Car Park West open two hours before the beginning of most events and close two hours after the end of the event.
