This list only shows some of the hotels available in Munich. Not all the hotels for individual booking are mentioned. Many other 3* hotels are available upon request.
The list will be updated regularly as soon as availability changes.

As an alternative to booking your hotel online, the hotel booking form 
can be downloaded or is available upon request. Please contact us by email at hotels@escardio.org.
Agency, Company or third party requests for individuals
Agencies, Companies or individual persons wishing to make a reservation for someone else are requested to use the paper form
Please do not use online registration in My ESC for this kind of booking request.
Specific Rules and Conditions for Agencies/Companies (for individual bookings only):
- One individual hotel form per room must be submitted
- Each form must be completed with the full personal or business address of the guest
- Agency/Company addresses are not accepted (except for company employees)
- Agency/Company contact details can be entered in the area provided for this on the form
- Forms without guest name are not accepted
- A payment must accompany each form (credit card, copy of bank transfer, original cheques by post mail). No payment – No booking!
- Balance payments (difference between deposit and total due) are to be paid directly to the hotel by the guest. If an agency/company wishes to prepay the full stay to the ESC, it must be stated with the submission of the forms, otherwise the general rule will apply
- Confirmation vouchers are sent to the Agency/Company contact but might also be sent directly to the guest.
- Rates stated on the voucher cannot be changed by an Agency
