Payment and General Conditions
All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and include 19% VAT. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Please bring a copy of your payment to the congress.
Registration fees are based on the date of receipt. The prices indicated are only applicable if BOTH the registration form/request AND the payment are received before the registration deadlines, otherwise the higher registration fee will be applied.
Registrations will be acknowledged by email upon receipt of payment and a valid personal address. Incomplete addresses or company addresses will not be accepted and will result in the cancellation of the registration.
• You may update your address here.
• Your congress badge will be mailed together with the congress bag voucher prior to the Congress. The badge will be send upon the condition that the registration is paid in full before the pre-registration deadline of 31 July.
•We advise you to bring your email confirmation to the congress together with the congress badge and voucher. Then simply go to the Congress Bag Desk in order to collect your congress documents as soon as possible after your arrival.
If you have paid the registration fee but did not receive your badge in time before leaving for the congress, please go to the "Pre-Registration without badge" desk located in the Registration Hall of the congress centre with your pre-registration email confirmation. You may be asked for proof of identity.
If you did not pay in time, your badge will be available at the "Registration Assistance" Desk in the Registration Hall.
Cancellation Conditions
Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:
- Until 31 July 2008: refund of fee minus 25% administrative charge.
- After 31 July 2008: no refund (including cancellation of the social event).
- Before 31 July 2008: name changes will be charged € 115.
- After 31 July 2008: no name changes will be accepted.
- No-shows at the congress will be charged the full fee
Liability Disclaimer
The organiser cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disruption of Congress proceedings arising from political, social or economic events or any other unforeseen incidents beyond their control.
Registration of a participant entails acceptance of this condition.
