Public Transport
The Public transportation system in Paris is efficient, convenient and safe.
Paris Public Transport includes: RATP, subway, trams, buses and the Transiliens SNCF lines (RER) in Paris regions.
Paris has different zones, the price for a single journey depends on where you are and where you go.

Public Transport Tickets
5-day transport tickets can be bought at the Transport Ticket Desk, in the Registration Area (Zone C) from Friday 26 August, 10:00. Price: € 31 (including VAT)
These congress tickets are valid on all public buses, metro, tram and RER trains throughout Paris and all zone 1 to 4 (excluding transportation to and from the airports).
If you decide not to benefit from this special Congress rate, we recommend you to buy a return RER ticket in the morning, to avoid queuing at ticket desks in the evening when leaving the ESC Congress.
The Parc des Expositions station is located in zone 4 of the RER network. (i.e. outside central Paris). For this station, you need a combined RER/METRO ticket with both logos as Paris metro tickets only are not valid for this station.
The price for a single ticket from Paris to Parc des Expositions - Paris Nord Villepinte is:
€ 3.80 - return ticket: € 7.60

Weather and Time
During the ESC Congress 2011, 27-31 August, Paris Nord Villepinte enjoys a warm and pleasant summer with an average daytime temperatures of 20°C.

A cash dispenser is located in the Main Entrance.
Most banks are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00, some banks open from Tuesdfay to Saturday.
