You will also be able to upload your presentation in the Speakers Service Centre (SSC) in Zone A minimum of 3 hours before the session starts or the day before if the session is at 8:30. Presentations received after this deadline cannot be guaranteed audiovisual support.
Fo ALL other presentations (Chairpersons introductions, satellites sessions, etc…), bring them on a CD-Rom, DVD-Rom, Memory Stick or Laptop to the SSC.
The Speakers Service Centre (SSC)
The SSC is located on the Ground Floor in Zone A, near the room Stockholm.
(Please note that Focus Speakers must use the dedicated Focus Lounge (Zone A) for the validation & upload of their Focus presentations.)
The SSC hostesses will be happy to welcome you in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Highly experienced and skilled technicians will assist you to transfer and to confirm your presentation(s).
Once uploaded to the respective lecture room, presentations will be played locally.
Peak hours of operation in the SSC are during coffee breaks and lunch breaks.
In order to maximise your time in the SSC, and the attention that we are able to give you, we highly recommend visiting early in the morning or during the sessions.

The title should be emphasized by the use of bold-face type. When displayed the letters used should not be smaller than 15mm.
The subtitle should be printed in the same kind of lettering, but semi-bold and not less than 10mm high when displayed. This guarantees clear reading even from a distance of 2-3 meters.
The text should be broken up by the inclusion of drawings and/or photos. The use of colour makes the poster more attractive and effective.
Material for mounting your poster to the poster board will be supplied by the organizers. ESC staff are present at the poster assistance desk to help you.
Call4Poste®: Call4Poster® is an online service that offers you the opportunity to create a professional poster quickly and easily and even enjoy the convenience of having your poster delivered onsite at the meeting to the Poster Assistant Desk zone A.
