Press registration

Online registration is now CLOSED!

Press representatives can still register on-site, free of charge, upon presentation of:

• a valid press identity card or appropriate letter of assignment with proof of three published articles 
• the filled in and signed embargo form: Access the Embargo Policy  

The ESC Press Office will verify the documents on-site and advise if your Press Accreditation is validated. Else, the congress standard fee will apply. All decisions taken by the ESC Press Office concerning press registration requests are final.

Note: Industry officials and their communications agents are not eligible for press registration. They may only enter the industry press rooms.
