   BUS FERIA

Bus service linking the South and North Entrances is available for all EHRA EUROPACE 2011 participants from Sunday 26 June to Wednesday 29 June.
5-10 minutes walk through the Central Avenue - La Avenida.

ABSTRACT CD-ROM
The Abstract CD-Rom is available from the BIOTRONIK stand (E2) in the Exhibition Area. You will find a voucher in your delegate bag to collect your copy.

ABSTRACTS ONLINE
You can consult the selected abstracts of EHRA EUROPACE 2011 at the Abstract Online stations located in the Poster Area.

ACCESS TO LECTURE ROOMS
Seating is on a “first come-first served” basis. We recommend you go to the lecture room well before the session begins. Due to safety regulations, we are required to close the access to the session if the room fills to capacity.

BANKING
An ATM is available in the North Entrance Lobby.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Certificates will be available from the registration desks as of Tuesday 28 June.

CITY INFORMATION
For information on Madrid, visit the City Information desk in the Registration Area.

CLOAKROOM
The cloakroom is located close to the Registration Area and is free of charge.

CONGRESS BADGE
The congress badge gives access to the congress from Sunday 26 to Wednesday 29 June 2011.
For security reasons, please ensure your badge is visible at all times during the congress.

DELEGATE BAG
Each delegate is entitled to a bag, made of recycled and recyclable material, to be picked up from a dedicated desk in the Registration Area. It contains the Final Programme, Erratum, Abstract CDROM voucher, notepad, pen and advertisements from the Industry.

ERRATUM
The Erratum includes the latest changes, updates and corrections to the Scientific Programme that occurred after the printing of the Final Programme. A copy of the Erratum is included in the delegate bag.

EXCURSIONS
A number of tours and excursions are organised throughout and outside Madrid. For more information and booking, please visit the Excursions desk in the Registration Area.

INFORMATION DESK
Two information desks are available in the North Entrance Lobby close to the Registration Area and on Level 1 in front of Room MADRID.

JOURNAL
Delegates paying the standard and EHRA member fees receive a subscription to the EP EUROPACE Journal for 2 years (2012-2013).

LANGUAGE
The official language during the congress is English. All lectures and presentations will be held in English only. No translation is available.

LOST AND FOUND
Lost and found items can be recovered at the Servifema Exhibitor services desk located between Halls 6 and 8.

LUNCH & COFFEE BREAKS
Lunch is offered to all delegates on Monday 27 June and Tuesday 28 June.
In addition coffee breaks will be served in the Poster Area from 10:00 to 11:00 and from 15:30 to16:30 on these dates.

NO SMOKING
EHRA EUROPACE is a no smoking congress. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building.

REGISTRATION
Registration to EHRA EUROPACE 2011 (except the Accompanying Persons) entitles delegates to the following:

  • Entry to the Opening Ceremony and the Opening Reception on Sunday 26 June 2011
  • Entry to all Scientific Sessions, the Exhibition and The PACE
  • A copy of the Final Programme and the Abstract CD-Rom
  • Lunch and coffee breaks on Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 June 2011

The Standard and EHRA Member fees include a subscription to the EP EUROPACE Journal for 2 years (2012-2013).

SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME ONLINE
Computers are available in the Web Lounge to consult the online version of the Scientific Programme and prepare your personal programme schedule by selecting the sessions you wish to attend.

SPEAKER SERVICE CENTRE
All scientific session speakers are requested to upload and validate their presentation in the Speaker Service Centre (SSC) located on Level 1, a minimum of 3 hours before the session starts or the day before if the session is at 08:30.

VISUAL REPRODUCTION
Photographing or filming scientific sessions or meetings is strictly prohibited (except with prior permission of the ESC). The ESC reserves the right to video all presentations of the EHRA EUROPACE 2011 Congress.

WEB LOUNGE
The Web Lounge is free of charge to all delegates and it is located in the Exhibition Area.
