- Course participation
- 1 or 2 nights' accommodation in a three-star hotel close to the European Heart House (depending on the course schedule)
- Transportation from ESC-arranged hotels to the course venue
- Lunches, 1 dinner, coffee breaks

Registration requests received less than 6 weeks prior to the course date, remain subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
The ESC reserves the right to cancel any of its Educational Courses up to 2 months prior to the course starting date. The ESC will not reimburse any travel or accommodation costs incurred by registered participants in the event of a programme cancellation under any circumstances.
If the ESC decides to cancel a course, the full registration fee will be refunded to all regsitered participants.
In the event that a participant wishes to cancel their registration to an Educational Course, written confirmation is required. A refund of fees will be made, less 25% administration charge, up to 4 weeks before the programme start date. After this date no refund will be made for cancellations.
