Getting to Charité

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The Charité Campus Mitte is located near Berlin's main train station (Hauptbahnhof) and the S-Bahn station Friedrichstraße. Several S- and U-bahn connections are available as well as regional and national trains. The Berlin-Mitte campus is a 15-minute walk from either the main train station or Friedrichstraße.

BY CAR

Public parking on the campus is very limited and reserved for those persons who are bringing a patient directly to a clinical appointment.

Disabled parking is designated on the campus and along Luisenstraße.

For parking near the Campus Mitte, you may use the public parking garage at Luisenstraße 50/51. The garage is always open and has the following rates:

  • First half-hour: 1 Euro
  • Second half-hour: 1 Euro
  • Every subsequent hour: 1,80 Euro
  • A 24-hour ticket costs 10 Euro
