Press representatives can register free of charge via My ESC upon presentation to the ESC Press Office of: a
valid press identity card OR appropriate letter of assignment with
proof of 3 published articles together with the filled in and signed
embargo form available

The ESC Press Office will verify the documents and let you know by email if your Press Accreditation is validated. If your Press status is not validated by the ESC Press Office, you will be contacted by the Registration Team and the congress standard fee will apply. All decisions taken by the ESC Press Office concerning press registration requests are final.
Note: Industry officials and their communications agents are NOT eligible for press registration.
We strongly suggest that you register and provide the necessary documents well in advance in order to minimise on-site queues and delays.
