Registrations are confirmed upon receipt of payment (by credit card, bank transfer or cheque) and a valid address on your individual registration form (we kindly remind you that sponsor addresses are not accepted). The registration will be acknowledged by email.
Your congress badge will be mailed together with the congress bag voucher prior to the Congress. The badge will be sent upon the condition that the registration is paid in full before the Advance registration deadline of 27 February 2012.
We advise you to bring your confirmation email to the congress together with the congress badge and voucher in order to collect your congress documents as soon as possible after your arrival. You may be asked for proof of identity.
If you have paid the registration fee but did not receive your badge in time before leaving for the congress, please go to the special "Assistance" desk located in the Registration Area with your pre-registration confirmation email.
If you did not pay in time, your badge will be available upon full payment at the "Assistance" desk in the Registration Area.
CANCELLATION OR ALTERATION
Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation Condition
Before 27 February 2012: refund of fee minus a 25% administrative charge
After 27 February 2012: no refund
Name Change Conditions
Name change requested before 27 February 2012 will be charged 50 Euros
After 27 February 2012 no name changes will be accepted
Miscellaneous
Loss of badge (on-site) will be charged 45 Euros
Requests for reimbursements must be sent in writing. Refunds will be processed after the congress.
Deadline for Early bird Registration is 23 January 2012. This applies to both online and paper registrations.
Deadline for Advance Registration is 27 February 2012. If you have not registered by this date you will have to register onsite.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The above terms apply to all registration cancellations.
Should a delegate not attend the congress, for whatever reasons, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made
Similarly no right to further claims or waiving of fees will arise should the ESC be obliged to alter congress proceedings
All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance.
