Press registration is conducted via My ESC (Individual Registration / Press) supported by presentation of your press card or letter of assignment with proof of 3 published articles together with the filled in and signed embargo form available here.

The ESC Press Office will verify the documents and confirm by email that your Press Accreditation is valid.

If your Press status is not validated by the ESC Press Office, you will be contacted by the Registration Team and the congress standard fee will apply.

Please register and provide your proof of press status well in advance of the Congress in order to minimise onsite queues and delays. Industry officials and their communications agents are not eligible for press registration. The decision of the ESC Press Office is final regarding all press registration requests.

OIC S.r.l. has been appointed to coordinate and assist companies in organising the participation of Italian physicians, scientists, and other healthcare professionals.

OIC S.r.l. is the sole Italian agency appointed to collect and handle the documentation requested by the Italian Health Ministry.

Registration Fees

The STANDARD, STUDENT and CCNAP Member registration fees entitle delegates to the following:

Entry to all scientific sessions and the Exhibition
Free coffee breaks and lunches
The Abstract Book and the Final Programme (a combined publication)
1 year subscription to the European Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing
Cocktail reception at the Bella Center on Friday 16 March

NEW! Member Registration

The member fee is reserved to members of CCNAP. We understand you cannot always receive approval for funding to attend the Spring Meeting before the late fee deadline. As a member privilege and sign of appreciation for your support of the Council we will only charge the Advance Fee when you register onsite in Copenhagen.

Journals

A one year subscription to the European Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing is included in the registrations fee. The European Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing is a highly regarded peer-reviewed journal with up-to-date clinical information and cardiovascular nursing research from across Europe and the world.
