Cancellation or Alteration
Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:
- Until 1 March 2010: refund of fee minus a 25% administrative charge.
- After 1 March 2010: no refund
- Before 1 March 2010: name changes will be charged 25 Euros
- After 1 March 2010: no name changes will be accepted.
- A fixed price of 25 Euros will be charged for the replacement of lost badges
- No-shows at the congress will be charged the full fee
Requests for reimbursements must be sent in writing. Refunds will be processed after the congress.
Liability Disclaimer
The above terms apply to all registration cancellations.
Should a delegate not attend the congress, for whatever reasons, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made
Similarly no right to further claims or waiving of fees will arise should the ESC be obliged to alter the programming of congress proceedings
All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance.
Payment of Fees
Payment of fees can be made in Euro by credit card, bank transfer or cheque. Euro or Swiss CHF (cash) will be accepted onsite in Geneva.
Journal
A one year subscription to the European Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing is included in the registration fee for standard paying attendees and students. The European Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing is a highly regarded peer-reviewed journal with up to date clinical information and cardiovascular nursing research from across Europe and the world.
Badges
Badges will be sent prior to the congress upon the condition that the registration is paid in full.
Delegate Bag
Each delegate is entitled a Delegate Bag to be picked up from the Registration desks in the Registration Area. It contains the Final Programme + Abstract Book, your first copy of the journal, a notepad, pen and some Industry advertisement.
Children
Children under 16 cannot be admitted, for children over 16 the standard rate applies.
