To book your hotel room for the 10th Annual Spring Meeting on Cardiovascular Nursing, please print the hotel form corresponding to the hotel you have chosen, fill-out the form with the requested information and send it directly to the hotel (hotel fax number and email mentioned on the form).
The room will be confirmed to you by the hotel. Your booking is considered confirmed only once you have received a confirmation from the hotel.
The hotels have a limited number of rooms and they will be booked on a first come - first served basis. We therefore advise you to book your room before 8 February 2010.
