Before proceeding, please read the following registration process:

Press registration is conducted via My ESC (Individual Registration / Press).
Free registration applies to press representatives upon receipt of valid credentials and a fully completed embargo form. (to be sent to press@escardio.org)
Credential: either your ID press card or letter of assignment with proof of 3 published articles

The ESC Press Office will check your credential and confirm your press accreditation by email.
Industry officials and their communications agents are not eligible for press registration.
The decision of the ESC Press Office is final regarding all press registration requests.

The ESC Press Office will verify the documents and confirm by email that your Press Accreditation is valid.

INVITATION LETTER

You may download a personalised invitation letter for visa application purposes from our website.

Such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates raise travel funds or obtain a visa. Please note, however, this does not bind the ESC to provide financial support.

VISA INFORMATION

Visas are required, and are issued on arrival at all airports, sea and land entry points for a flat fee payable in sterling, US dollars or Euros. A return ticket is not required.

Each country has a different fee. For example US citizens are charged $20, Canadian passport holders must pay $60 and UK citizens £10.

Passports must be valid for at least six months from date of entry into Turkey.

Participants should check their specific requirements when making travel arrangements. Please verify with your local embassy what documents are needed to obtain a visa for Turkey.

Registration Fees

The registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

Entry to all scientific sessions and the Exhibition
Entry to the Opening Ceremony and Reception on Saturday 20 October 2012
A copy of the Final Programme and the Abstract Supplement (online version)
Refreshment Breaks (from Sunday morning to Monday afternoon)
1 year subscription to the European Journal on Acute CardioVascular Care (valid for 2013 in paper and online version) included in the following fees: Standard, ACCA Member and Nurse/Student/Technician/Local Resident.
