The ESC has appointed K2 Conference and Event Management Co. as its official agency for hotel reservations.
All hotels selected are within easy reach of the Congress Centre and are centrally located, close to all amenities.
Rooms will be allocated on a first come - first served basis.
Telephone requests cannot be accepted. Rooms can be confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit payment.
Confirmation vouchers are sent by email.
