Abstract-based programme: from Submission to Presentation

  • Abstract submission deadline: 31 March 2010

  • Grading and selection process April and May 2010

  • Results announced End May - Early June 2010
    Note:
    All Abstract submitters will receive an email with the results. If your abstract is accepted, the submitter will have to log in to submit the agreement form and confirm the name of the presenter.
    Attention: you must use the same Login name and Password used for the abstract submission.

Abstract Presenters must register for the Congress. Don't miss the early fee deadline: Friday 16 July 2010

 

Different Types of Presentation 

Abstracts can be accepted for presentation in one of the category below  

Oral Abstract Sessions

Original presentations will be given orally in a lecture room with two experts chairing each session. 

 Moderated Poster Sessions

Discuss your findings with experts in the topic!
Consist of a visual display of research highlights. The posters considered to be of special interest will be integrated into the Moderated Posters Sessions. 
Selected presenters will briefly discuss the content of their poster with two moderators in front of an appreciative audience.

 Poster sessions

The perfect opportunity to network and share your research findings with an appreciative audience, especially  during the Coffee Break.
 
Consist of a visual display of research highlights presented in the form of a poster. During the coffee break , Presenters should be available by their posters to meet colleagues and exchange knowledge.
