The ESC has reserved rooms at negotiated rates in the City of Copenhagen and within easy access to the Bella Center (Congress venue)
Rooms will be allocated on a first come - first served basis.
Telephone requests cannot be accepted. Rooms can be confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit payment. Confirmation vouchers are sent by email.

Rooms are available from 16 to 19 October 2010. All other dates are upon request and subject to hotels' availability.

Group reservation

Third Party
Third Parties requests (less than 10 rooms) by agencies or companies on behalf of another person, should be made by returning the completed Hotel Form by fax or email to the Hotel Department.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Rooms will be allocated on a first come - first served basis. Telephone requests cannot be accepted. Please note that after certain price categories have been booked out, the ESC reserves the right to confirm bookings in other price categories.
Upon receipt of the deposit payment, a voucher will be issued and sent by email. The voucher must be presented to the hotel and upon departure, the deposit payment will be deducted from the total bill.

American Express are not accepted
Deposit for two nights accommodation (according to the requested hotel and room type). In case of late cancellations or no-shows, the ESC reserves the right to debit the credit card for any additional nights originally booked if required by the hotel.
By Bank Transfer
Accepted until 16 September 2010.
Full pre-payment is required for all nights according to the requested hotel and the room type. Please make sure that the name of the participant is mentioned on the bank transfer.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
For cancellation received before 10 July 2010, the participant will be liable for one full night’s accommodation cost. After this date no refunds will be made.
MODIFICATION CONDITIONS
All changes must be made in writing and are subject to Hotels’ availability.
Changes will only be accepted until 24 September 2010. After this date, the ESC cannot guarantee that modifications can be made. Modifications and cancellations should be made directly on the voucher and returned to the ESC.
If the changes are possible, a new voucher will be issued. The ESC or the hotels reserve the right to charge cancellation fees for any nights that are cancelled after the deadline.
The Hotels will invoice the participants for the number of confirmed nights mentioned on the last voucher.
