Continuing Medical Education Credits

The World Congress of Cardiology 2006 is accredited by the European
Board for Accrediation in Cardiology (EBAC) for 18 hours of external CME credits. Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she has actually spent in the educational activity. Attendance Certificates for participants will be provided on-site upon request.

EBAC works according to the quality standards of the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME). For more information on EBAC accreditation, please visit www.ebac-cme.org


The scientific Programme of the World Congress of Cardiology 2006 has also been reviewed and approved for a maximum of 20.25 AMA PRA Category 1 credits TM toward the American Medical Association (AMA). Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. One credit may be claimed for each hour of participation in approved sessions.
