You are still able to register onsite at the congress center in Amsterdam from Sunday 15 May onwards.

Registration Deadlines:

> Early fee deadline: 07 February 2011
> Pre-registration deadline: 11 April 2011
> On-site Registration: After 11 April 2011 the registration services will be closed and new registrations should be made onsite in Amsterdam during the congress.

Registration Fees

Registration fees entitle delegates to the following:

> Entry to all scientific sessions and exhibition
> Entry to the Opening Ceremony on Sunday, 15 May 2011
> A copy of the Final Programme and the Abstract Book
> Coffee breaks

The registration fees include 19% VAT.
