General Registration Conditions

Heart Failure Congress 2010

Please read the Registration Conditions carefully

Individual Registration Conditions

Registrations are confirmed upon receipt of payment (by credit card, bank transfer or cheque) and a valid address on your individual registration form (we kindly remind you that sponsor addresses are not accepted). The registration will be acknowledged by email. You may update your address here.


Your congress badge will be mailed together with the congress bag voucher prior to the Congress. The badge will be sent upon the condition that the registration is paid in full before the pre-registration deadline of 26 April 2010.

We advise you to bring your confirmation email to the congress together with the congress badge and voucher in order to collect your congress documents as soon as possible after your arrival. You may be asked for proof of identity.

If you have paid the registration fee but did not receive your badge in time before leaving for the congress, please go to the special "Pre-Registration without badge" desk located in the Registration Hall of the congress centre with your pre-registration confirmation email.

If you did not pay in time, your badge will be available at the "Assistance desk" in the Registration Hall.



Cancellation Conditions



Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund of fees: a 25% administrative charge will be applied to cancellations up to 26 April 2010

  • After 26 April 2010, no refund will be given

  • Name changes requested before 26 April 2010 will be charged 50 Euros

  • No shows at the congress will be charged the full fee

  • A fixed price of 45 Euros will be charged for the replacement of lost badges

Requests for reimbursements must be sent in writing. Refunds will be processed after the congress.


Liability disclaimer

The above terms apply to all registration cancellations.
Should a delegate not attend the congress, for whatever reasons, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made
Similarly no right to further claims or waiving of fees will arise should the ESC be obliged to alter the programming of congress proceedings
All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance.


Children

Children under 16 cannot be admitted, for children over 16 the standard rate applies.
