Congress Badge
Delegates registered in advance will receive their badge in advance by mail. This allows direct entrance to the congress and no queues.
Accompanying persons & Exhibitors will have access to the scientific sessions, if seats remain available.

Lost Badges: All badges have been sent in advance by mail. This identification badge is mandatory and will be required in order to access the scientific sessions and the exhibition area. A fixed price of € 35 will be charged for the replacement of lost badges at the Registration Assistance Desk
Delegate Bag
Each delegate is entitled to a delegate bag to be picked up from a dedicated desk in the Registration Area. It contains the Final Programme, the Abstract Book/CD-Rom voucher, a notepad and pen, some Industry advertisement.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of Attendance will be available from the Registration Desk on Level 1 as from Monday, 16 June 2008.
Cloakroom
The cloakroom will be located on Level 0, behind the Exhibition area.
First Aid
Participants in need of medical treatment should refer to the ESC Staff at the Registration Desk on the first floor.
Abstract Book / CD-Rom
The Heart Failure 2008 Abstract Book and CD-Rom Supplements will be made available from the HFA stand in the Exhibition area. You will find a voucher in your Delegate Bag to collect your paper copy.
Internet Corner
The Internet Corner located in the Exhibition Area is free of charge.
Journal
Participants paying the Standard fee will receive the 2009 subscription to the European Journal of Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation.
Speakers' Service Centre
All speakers giving a presentation in the scientific sessions are requested to upload and validate their presentation in the Speakers’ Service Centre (SSC) located on Level -1, a minimum of 3 hours before the session starts or the day before if the session is at 08:00.
