From 9 April 2008 registration have to be made on-site in Paris
The Standard Registration fee entitles delegates to the following:
- Entry to all scientific sessions
- Entry to the Opening Ceremony on Thursday, 1 May 2008
- A copy of the Final Programme
- 2009 subscription to the European Journal of Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation

* Nurses, Technicians: Please provide you a letter from your director verifying your status

Day tickets will be available on-site, upon request only. The day ticket fee is 300,00 Euro per day.
Invitation Letter

Such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates raise travel funds or obtain a visa. Please note, however, this does not bind the ESC to provide financial support.
Please check with your local embassy what documents are needed to obtain a visa for France.
