Registration fees
The standard registration fee (except the accompanying person fee) entitles delegates to the following:

Entry to all scientific sessions (including satellite sessions) and the exhibition

Entry to the Opening Ceremony on Sunday 24 June

The Final Programme

Refreshment breaks and lunches on Monday and Tuesday

(1)Participants paying the standard fee will receive a subscription to the Europace Journal for two years (2008-2009).

Accompanying Person fee includes sightseeing tour and gives access to Exhibition only.
We do not recommend to bring children to this congress as no reduced children's fee is available and children may not attend the sessions.
Individual Registration
Registrations are confirmed upon receipt of payment (can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cheque) and valid address on your individual registration form (we kindly remind you that sponsor addresses are not accepted).
The registration will be acknowledged by email. You may update your address here.
- Your congress badge will be mailed together with the congress bag voucher prior to the congress. The badge will be send upon the condition that the registration is paid in full before the pre-registration deadline of 18 May 2007.
If you have paid the registration fee but did not receive your badge on time before leaving for the meeting, please go to the special "Pre-Registration without badge" desk located in the Registration Hall of the congress centre with your pre-registration email confirmation.
If you did not pay on time, your badge will be available at the "Registration Assistance" (Unpaid desk) in the Registration Hall.
Cancellation conditions / Name changes
Any cancellation or alterations to your registration must be notified in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:
- Refund of fee, less a 25% administrative charge will be applied to cancellations up to 18 May 2007
- After 18 May 2007 no refund will be made (including cancellation of social events)
- Name changes requested are accepted with a charge of 45 Euro.
• After 18 May 2007 no name change will be accepted.
• A fixed price of 35 Euros will be charged for the replacement of lost badges.
- No-shows at the congress will be charged the full fee.
Requests for reimbursements must be sent in writing. Refunds will only be processed until end of December 2007.

Deadline for Pre-registration 18 May 2007 .
If you have not registered by 18 May 2007, you will need to register on-site in Lisbon.

Such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates raise travel funds or obtain a visa. Please note, however, this does not bind the ESC to provide financial support.
