EUROPACE 2007

The bi-annual meeting of the European Heart Rhythm Association (EHRA) was held in Lisbon 24-27 June 2007.

This year’s Congress broke yet another record of attendance with a total attendance of 4,005 delegates compared with 3,613 in 2005, while 2,872 active participants came to EUROPACE in 2007 compared with 2,600 two years ago...

Organisers and committees alike are celebrating this new success, which goes to show cardiac pacing and arrhythmias have got a bright future ahead.

EUROPACE is now established as the major educational and research meeting in arrhythmias and cardiac pacing in Europe, featuring the presentation of latest results in research which is the motor for improving medical treatment, as well as updates in standard practices.
