Each delegate is entitled a Delegate Bag to be picked up from the dedicated desk in the Registration Area. It contains the Final Programme, the Abstract Book/CD-Rom voucher, a notepad and pen, some Industry advertisement.

EUROPACE is a no smoking congress. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any area of the building. Thank you for your cooperation.

Speakers' Service Centre |

All speakers giving a presentation in the scientific sessions are requested to upload and validate their presentation in the Speakers' Service Centre (SSC) located close to the Registration Area, a minimum of 3 hours before the session starts or the day before if the session is at 8:30.

City useful information:
Banking
Bank services are available at the airport and throughout the city. Berlin is well supplied with 24-hours cash dispensers, which take most major credit cards. Standard banking hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00.
Most banks are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Climate
Berlin has a temperate/mesothermal climate. The warmest months are June, July and August, with mean temperatures of 17°C. In June the temperature varies from 12°C to 22°C. Berlin's built-up area creates a microclimate with heat stored by the city's buildings.

The monetary unit in Germany is Euro (€).

In Germany, electricity is supplied at 230V and power sockets are of 2 round pins type.
