REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fees, except the accompanying person fee, entitle delegates to the following:
- Entry to all Scientific Sessions and the Exhibition
- Entry to the Opening Ceremony and Opening Cocktail on Sunday, 21 June 2009
- A copy of the Final Programme and the Abstract CD-Rom
- Lunch and coffee breaks on Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 June 2009
