WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO BOOK YOUR HOTEL EARLY. THE YEARLY "FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS" (FETE DES LUMIERES) IS TAKING PLACE IN LYON FROM 7-10 DECEMBER AND THIS ATTRACTS A VERY LARGE NUMBER OF PEOPLE TO THE CITY.
Rooms are available from 10 to 13 December 2008.
All other dates are upon request and subject to hotels’ room availability. Please mark your requested dates on My ESC or on the paper form (PDF, 162Kb). If there is a problem with any dates we will contact you.

Third Parties requests (less than 10 rooms), by agencies or companies on behalf of another person, should be made by returning the completed hotel form (PDF, 162Kb) by fax or email to the Hotels Department. Please do NOT use the online services.

How can you reach the Lyon Convention Centre from your hotel?
Area 1
City centre Place Bellecour and Perrache:
Metro line A, direction "Vaulx-en-Velin", get off at the station FOCH. And then take the bus line n°4 to the stop "Cité Internationale" (approx. 15-20 minutes)
OR
From Place Bellcour Bus n°58, direction "Sathonay Camp" direct to the stop "Cité Internationale" (15 minutes).
Area 2
Part-Dieu: Direct Bus connection. Bus C1 to the Convention Centre takes 12 minutes
Area 3
Near the Convention Centre, Hotel Reine Astrid: Walk through the park (15-20 Min) or take bus C1 in front of the hotel (stop name: Museum). It goes directly to the Convention Centre and it takes 5 minutes.
