The EUROECHO 2007 Abstract supplement is available from the EAE/ESC stand (N° 1-C2) in the Exhibition Area.
You will find a voucher in your Delegate Bag to collect either your paper copy or CD-Rom.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of Attendance are available from any Registration desk as from Friday 7 December.
Cloakroom
The cloakroom located on Level 0 is free of charge.
Congress Badge
Delegates registered in advance will receive their congress badge in advance by mail.
This allows direct entrance to the congress.
The right part of your Congress Badge is your Delegate Bag voucher.
Congress Centre Flooplan

Delegate Bag
Each delegate is entitled a delegate bag to be picked up from the dedicated desk in the Registration Area.
It contains the Final Programme, the Abstract Book/CD-Rom voucher, a notepad and pen, some Industry advertisement.
First Aid
The First Aid is located in the Exhibition Area.
Internet Corner
The Internet Corner located in the Exhibition Area is free of charge.
Journal
Participants paying the Standard fee will receive a subscription to the EUROECHO Journal for one year (2008).
Speakers' Service Centre
All speakers giving a presentation in the scientific sessions are requested to upload and validate their presentation in the Speakers’ Service Centre (SSC) located on Level 1, a minimum of 3 hours before the session starts or the day before if the session is at 8:30.
