Opening Ceremony
The Opening Ceremony will take place on Wednesday 5 December at 16:00 in Lecture Room
LISBOA. It will be followed by a cocktail in the Exhibition Area.
EAE General Assembly
The General Assembly of the European Association of Echocardiography will take place during the Opening Ceremony in Lecture Room LISBOA on Wednesday 5 December. This will be the occasion for EAE to report on recent activities and new initiatives. All EUROECHO 2007 participants are welcome.
ESC/EAE stand (N° 1-C2)
Find out more about all EAE activities, including membership, accreditation examinations, educational courses, our new Research Grant, the European Journal of Echocardiography and EUROECHO 2008.
Get information on all ESC products and services such as Journals, Educational activities
and the annual ESC Congress to be held in Munich in 2008.
Come and visit us on the ESC/EAE stand (1-C2) located near the main entrance where you can collect your Abstract Book or CD-Rom.
EAE Accreditation Examinations
Take advantage of your presence at EUROECHO to sit one of the accreditation exams organised by the EAE.
Please note that registration to the Congress is not a prerequisite for enrolment. Onsite enrolments are welcome.
The accreditation process provides formal European recognition of your practical experience and knowledge in 3 different areas:

Honorary Lectures
The Edler Lecture by Professor Fausto Pinto, will take place on Wednesday 5 December during the Opening Ceremony in Lecture Room LISBOA.
The EUROECHO Lecture by Professor Randolph Martin, will take place on Friday 7 December at lunch time in Lecture Room LISBOA.
Complimentary lunch boxes will be distributed. |
