The goal of the ESC Working Group on Cardiovascular Surgery is to improve communication between cardiology and cardiovascular surgery in scientific and clinical affairs; We aim to build up a forum for discussion in cardiovascular surgery, to provide educational activities, to collaborate in the preparation of consensus documents in the common ground between surgery and cardiology.
