Mission statement
- To coordinate submissions on heart failure research for the 4th call for FP6 (June 2005) and the FP7 program call (Summer 2006)
- To promote European heart failure research and cooperation through the creation of a European network of (already existing?) clusters
- To promote the interaction among heart failure researchers with a combined basic science and clinical focus
