Who is this meeting aimed at?
All Presidents and Chairpersons of the Working Groups on Electrophysiology, Arrhythmias, Cardiac Pacing and Heart Rhythm of ESC National Societies are invited to attend this summit.

What is the objective of this Summit? Is there any background to it?
This Summit was created to ensure that EHRA’s concerns, activities and initiatives are shared amongst our membership countries.
Our objective is to use this meeting as a discussion platform with National Societies and Working Groups in Electrophysiology in order to reflect on key activities, membership needs and share experiences...
The first edition of the EHRA Summit took place in Sophia Antipolis on Monday 2-3 April 2007. It was an enormous success as 30 Working Groups participated, representing no less than 26 countries!
Last year the main topic of the Summit was accreditation. This year the main topic is "Education & training in electrophysiology and Guidelines implementation".

The key stakeholders who were involved last year should have received an official invitation together with the preliminary agenda. If you have not yet received your invitation as chairperson of the WG or of your national society in Electrophysiology, we kindy ask you to contact us.
