Aim of the course

The programme is designed to help physicians, with clinical and practical experience in invasive electrophysiology and catheter ablation, to prepare for the exam by providing them with the best quality textbooks, classes, tips and support focusing on essential topics.

Content of the course

The 3 days course offers the participants a review of their knowledge on basic and advanced electrophysiology from cellular conduction properties to advanced 3D mapping and ablation technology in interaction with an expert panel, discussing different diagnostics by reviewing case studies.

Aim of the course

The programme will provide comprehensive coverage of scientific knowledge and practical skills related to up-to-date clinical use of the devices

Content of the course 

The two and a half day-course includes interactive sessions focused on application of guidelines in daily practice, review of relevant clinical trials, in-depth discussion of clinical cases as well as device troubleshooting.

For both courses, the information provided will serve as a structured basis for EHRA accreditation examination.

The education teams are composed of EHRA Education Committee members as well as scientific experts lead presentations, discussions and case study reviews. 

The programme  will be reviewed for accreditation by the European Board for Accreditation in Cardiology (EBAC).
