One of the EHRA goals is to improve the level of education in the field of cardiac electrophysiology in Europe. EHRA affiliates industry-organised educational courses that meet the EHRA objectives, providing a high-level scientific content. Both "clinically" and "basic research oriented" courses may be considered for affiliation.
The affiliated courses are part of the EHRA Educational Framework, constituting 2 tracks of training, a Device Track and an Invasive EP Track.
Both tracks are centered around the EHRA Educational Courses, as mentioned elsewhere on this website. Together, they provide an extended and multi-faceted training experience for fellows and established electrophysiologists.
Affilliated programmes
- EHRA does not organise these courses, but evaluates them on their quality and added value to its own courses. Please contact the course organisers for further information or registration.

Programme

The BIOTRONIK International Fellows Program offers a portfolio of advanced electrophysiology educational opportunities. Over the course of one year, at various worldwide locations and centers of excellence, fellows are brought together with world-renowned innovative experts to discuss hot topics and gain practical experience. Opportunities include interactive seminars and hands-on trainings. The curriculum is defined by a physician steering committee and course directors, and covers the latest clinical and technical issues of electrophysiology (EP) and Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT), as well as practice management.
