Training and Research Grants from the European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions

The European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions (EAPCI) is proud to offer grants on training and research on interventional cardiology thanks to the support from 6 industrial sponsors in 2008:

    • Biotronik Vascular Intervention
    • Boston Scientific
    • Lilly France & Daiichi-Sankyo Europe
    • The Cordis Cardiac & Vascular Institute
    • The Medicines Company
    • Terumo Europe Interventional Systems

The goal of this award is to give the opportunity to 'young' candidates from an ESC member country to broaden their clinical and research skills through a one-year maximum experience in cardiology practices outside their own country.

The ultimate goal is to enable them to contribute to the enhancement of their country's academic standards upon return in their own country as well as encouraging exchanges and interactions from country to country.

The Fellows are involved in the Association's activities and will help guide the next generation.
