create a case, use the create button and login to My ESC
. If you don't have a My ESC account,
please create one here. If you have forgotten your My ESC login details,
you may retrieve them here.
You will be asked to request access if this is
your first case. You will be notified by email when your access will be open.
My Clinical Cases button allows you to view the cases you entered and edit the cases which haven't been completed yet.
