"Heart Failure and Regeneration"
From 23 to 26 January, the HFA of the ESC organised the 3rd edition of the Winter Research Meeting. It was held in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany (2 hours from Munich).
Our participants were concentrated on science but also had a chance to enjoy some skiing.
This congress was upon invitation only. 103 Professors and Doctors were involved, 55 out of them were selected for their abstract.
As the meeting coordinators (Gerd Hasenfuss and Ajay Shah) want to keep this meeting as a private meeting, there were no Exhibition, Satellites, Industry Sessions nor Sponsorship.
In 2009 (28-31 january) and 2010 (dates to be confirmed), this meeting will be held in Switzerland in a ski resort called “Les Diablerets”.
