Developmental Anatomy and Pathology

Print version

Gilda Caruso, Chairperson

Dear Colleagues,

The Working Group of Developmental Anatomy and Pathology is composed by active participants in the field of normal and pathological embryology and anatomy of the heart. We are connected on one side to basic science researcher and on the other side to clinical cardiologist, working in fact as a bridge between only apparently distant fields.
We actively participate in many international meetings including the ESC Annual Congress, and also organise our own biannual meeting. Our scientific programmes are made by the most recent advances in cardiovascular research applied to genetics, molecular biology, morphology and pathology together with video live sessions on heart specimen of congenital and acquired heart diseases.
We are looking forward to have new and active members, so if you are interested in our work, please do not hesitate in contact our web side for membership application.

Gilda Caruso, Chairperson
