Thank you for enquiring about publicising your web site through the ESC Web Site 'Cardio Links' page. Please send us your request, making sure you answer the three questions below:

• Which institution and which people are responsible for the website?
• Who is responsible for the financial aspects of the web site?
• Are there any other interests to disclose, e.g. ties to pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing companies, CRO's or similar consulting companies, or direct links through to any officer, committee or working group chairperson of the ESC?

The information provided by you will be presented to the ESC Web Advisory Board and once validated, posted on the Web Site.
