The Working Group on Thrombosis membership benefits include the following:

  • Participating in Working Group scientific activities

  • Participating in the voting process for the Working Group on Thrombosis Board Members’ election

As a member of the Working Group on Thrombosis, you automatically become a member of the ESC and have access to all ESC membership benefits


Applicants should :

  • Attach a short CV including current role and institution as well as a valid email address of an academic or healthcare institution as evidence.

  • Inform on his/her willingness to participate in activities of the WG such as:

    • Educational meetings
    • Scientific meetings
    • Annual Assembly of the members of the WG

Candidates should be interested in an active involvement concerning international studies and task forces.

They must fill in the required information and submit a short CV including current role and institution as well as a valid email address of an academic or healthcare institution as evidence.

The chairman will present the applications from suitable new members to the Nucleus for ratification.

Unsuitable applicants (as far as formal requirements are concerned) may be rejected by the Nucleus. In this case, the applicant will be notified by email but there is no obligation to give him/her reasons.
